Alan loved his fingers for the first few days but not so much now. Although he has been a bit more interested in them today.

AJ's New Buddy

AJ really likes Spiderman.  He saw a picture one day and asked Trav who it was and ever since then he has been talking about Spiderman.  One day he even told me he wanted a Spiderman shirt.  It was the first time he had ever requested any kind of special clothes.  We were at a store the other day and we saw this toddler friendly Spiderman toy so of course I couldn't resist getting it.  AJ LOVES it!  These pictures are from the first day he had his Spiderman.  He sleeps with him every night now.  

AJ tucked Spiderman in and gave him sips of his water.

He actually said, "I love my 'Biderman." when he was hugging him.

"'Biderman can sweep on my pwillow Mommy!"

"Biderman needs a bwankie to Mommy."

Laughing in the Rain!

So AJ and I went into a store today to get some dinner to take to the studio so we could eat with Trav.  On the way in it was raining a bit and AJ said he liked it.  On the way out it was pouring so we ran for it (okay I ran, AJ got bumped around as I carried him).  The look on AJ's face was priceless!  He had both his hands up so he could feel the rain.  He reached out to touch my wet hair and said, "Mommy you all wet!!".  He just had the most awed look on his face.  He was so happy to be running though the rain with me.  He just had so much joy in the moment I just had to laugh.  And then he laughed because I did.  And we just ran and laughed.  And it was wonderful.  I wished that I had parked farther way.  I will alway remember running and laughing in the rain with AJ today.  It was just a few moments up some how if felt like so much more.
